Overview
The Digital Event Invitation Platform project aims to create a user-friendly, efficient, and secure web-based application for event organizers and attendees, replacing traditional paper-based invitations.
Problem Statement
🚨 Current event invitation and management methods are inefficient and time-consuming
🚨 Event organizers struggle with manual processes, which are often cumbersome and lack customization.
🚨 Attendees face challenges in keeping track of multiple invitations and events.
🚨 Difficulty in receiving timely reminders and updates about events.
Objectives
Alex, an event planner, struggled with time-consuming tasks and lacked a simple tool for managing events. Attendees like Emily had trouble keeping track of invites. To solve this, My team and I created Invitiooo, a platform for easy event management, customizable invites, and real-time RSVP tracking
